    Hi Cherri,

I would be interested in a private lesson on using a serger. I bought a Brother serger a few months ago and would love to learn a) how to set it up (it’s intimidating looking!) and b) how to use it! I’m especially interested in doing simple projects like napkins and table runners. I live in Alexandria, VA, but would be fine with driving to Richmond for a one-on-one lesson—maybe a half day or full-day workshop? (depending on how long you think I’ll need to get the hang of it!). How much would that run and would be available for such a private lesson? I do have basic sewing skills and although I’ve made more complex clothing when I was MUCH younger, I now sew simple and quick projects for myself and friends. I am flexible on days as I work for myself. I can do it on a weekday or a weekend day, whichever fits your schedule!

    Thanks,
    Cindy

I can help you with that.
Let’s find a date/time that works for you.
We will have to do it as a private lesson. It will probably take about 2 hours. Usually those machines come with a video, do you have the video that came with your machine? It may answer all your questions even before you take a lesson.
      Check and see.
If you still need me, give me a call.
The new phone # is working. It’s 804.615-2898
