Too much fun!

July 15, 2011

It’s been busy around here. With the # of sewing students picking up, and my classes at VCU and The Visual Art Center of Richmond getting ready to start, I’ve forgotten to post lately. Personally, I’ve made a new skirt, and a pair of pedal pushers. Students have made pajama pants, and baby dresses.

Today,  I have the first group lesson of the summer. Unfortunately, because of my teaching schedule at the art center and university, it won’t be a “regular” class. Right now, there is barely time for another class, but private lessons are going well. I’ve got several more curtains to make…… then, I have a new project I’m working on. Making a medieval canopy bedding set! For myself:0) Something to keep light out, for sleeping in. I’ve got great ideas, but need to get them on paper.

For now, I’ve got to run. Class today is at 9 am.  I’ll try to shoot pics, and post them later.
