New Sewing classes

April 19, 2012

Due to a great demand for more beginners sewing classes, I have added a Wed. evening “Beginning to Sew” class. Unfortunately, it’s not in Short Pump, but rather at my home, in Goochland. It meets on Wed. evenings from 6:30 – 9:00 from 4/25-5/15.

The next series of classes at Hobby Lobby in Short Pump are now also on the blog. Just check out the “Adult Classes” page. Because Hobby Lobby closes at 8, the classes are offered in 5, 2 hour increments, rather than 4, 2.5 hour classes. This should work to your advantage, as it gives you an additional week of working at home, between classes.

Monday evenings will continue to be beginners sewing classes at Hobby Lobby, but the Thursday classes will, once again, be intermediate. Those classes have already begun to fill, so get your registration in early! Max # of students/class is 6.

The Goochland class that begins next Wed., is booking now. There are no “night of class” registrations, so students interested in that class, should get their registration in right away. Payments are accepted by Paypal, as well as mail.

Hope you will be joining us for some sewing fun.
